C.E.O. stands for Conquer Every Obstacle. As parents & professionals raising, guiding & loving on individuals with differing needs, we face unique challenges, confusion & even criticism.
What most don’t know, is that we are facing an overload of information or options & sometimes it is hard to keep up or choose what fits best in individual or group settings. I believe that every person is created as a Designer’s Original and in order to adapt to and serve each child, teen or adult effectively, a goal-oriented & conscientious approach is imperative!
The future is brighter when we collectively decide to invest in our nations’ children. Having a purpose-driven attitude, mindset & perspective can produce tremendous fruit, that will last beyond what we face currently!
C.E.O. I targeted those who live with people with Autism, but as a trained & well-seasoned professional and parent, I am growing C.E.O. into more categories to suit more age groups, diagnoses and cultures.
As a Social Worker & Montessorian, I cater mainly to groups in categories:
- Neurodivergent Individuals & Special Needs
- Neurotypical Children & Teens
- Mental Health Issues (Children & Teens)
- Trauma Victims & Survivors (Children & Teens)
I partnered up with many professionals & experts, both locally & internationally in order to push for systemic change on a small island, in the Dutch Caribbean. I have never been one to sit by idly & watch situations unfold within challenging seasons in life; I believe that anything can be conquered once a person adjusts their perspective. It takes courage, indeed, but once a person, family, community or nation purposely chooses to transform-Our children who are our Legacy benefit from Purposeful Identification of their own Destinies & we all GROW!
Who is C.E.O. designed for?
Originally, the courses are designed to cater to parents, guides, teachers & professionals working in agogic fields. But, service clubs and other organizations who participate actively in Community-building, family members & businesses who adopt or wish to promote an inclusive work- and living space would benefit greatly as well!
Are the classes online or in-person?
Classes can be delivered online, as well as in person…or a combination of both! You are encouraged to ask about more flexible options, such as course length, speeches & pricing.
What materials can I expect from the course?
Each C.E.O. course contains the following:
- Individual or Couple’s Online Study Guide, shared with Course Guides (not with other participants!)
- Pre-recorded presentations
- Articles, Research & Personalized reading material (after Classes 1 & 2)
- Certificate of Completion (Accreditation Upon Request
The materials, course content & classes are currently available in 3 languages: Dutch, English & Papiamento. Spanish is optional, upon special request.
What if I need extra time or help?
Pre- and Post-course counseling is available upon request. There’s a time-frame during which participants are expected to complete the course, but the Study Guide is designed to promote learning beyond this time-frame, at each’s own pace.
C.E.O. II was fun for me to design with symbolic use of language & styling!
