The C.E.O. series is created by Natasha Richardson (Social Worker & Montessorian) in collaboration with Dr. Josien de Bie (Neuro-scientist, International Speaker & Writer), Amanda Britten (Spokesperson & Mental Health Advocate).

C.E.O.I started in 2025 with an intensive designed to help parents & professionals who have unique challenges to face with children, teens & individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related diagnoses. In 2026, we now have more courses available for differing needs & approaches.

There are 4 courses available at the moment, each containing 4 live classes with local and guest collaborations. A course certificate is available at the end of each 4-part course belonging to the series. We designed the C.E.O. Course to help parents and professionals take confident steps in an informed and trusted manner. They are encouraged to share their perspectives, with one goal in mind: CONQUER!

This video was created by a parent of 3 Neurodivergent children; an adult, a teen and a young boy! I am so proud of each participant and I am thrilled when they deliver these incredible results. She is also a teacher with a contagious passion for her students! I am honored to have navigated creative solutions with her, through the C.E.O. Course: Neurodivergents & Gifted–Parenting & Guiding On A Different Level!

The C.E.O. Series of courses are available in Dutch, English & Papiamento and are given online.

I am available for in-person classes, upon group requests. All courses contain a shared Study Guide, Certificate upon Completion & Exposition of products & designs.

Looking Back, I never want to forget watching my Pearl of a Girl share her life story & anecdotes with a group! Amanda’s contribution of Practical Tips and her viewpoint on Autism & Mental Health are beautiful.

Of course I’m posing in this screenshot! 😉 It’s not everyday you get to co-teach with the coolest & funniest female Neuroscientist! We met at age 12, and I can assure you; she’s the most authentic, passionate & innovative thinker I know!

Gardener

Gardeners are focused on Children & Teens with Special Needs. From Early Detection (Observing Signs, Learning about a possible diagnosis) to Intervention, then on to the pivotal questions about the future! How we communicate in and around these individuals plants seeds that grow our community! Garden Flowers, Trees & the many options we have as tools to apply practically, results in a Work of Art for all to enjoy!

Space Explorer

Raising children that are Neurodivergent & Gifted often times feels like exploring the Great Unknown! The exchange of information, new research & the best approach to unique scenarios help strengthen parents & professionals who buckle up for take-off!

Navigator

Navigators are the Parents & professionals that would like an alternative to the norm. We have tried out several methods as well as settings before & during our Homeschooling years. Several techniques & information given in this course can be used to facilitate in traditional schools and at home as well.

Legacy Builder

Legacy Builders explore Community, Living or Learning Environments as well as the Language used in Montessori classrooms worldwide. Excellence is key, and practicality that promotes Life-long Learning.
